COVID-19:  Company Update

In these unprecedented times, it is only right to keep all our valued existing and potential new customers, up to date with our company position regarding the Coronavirus.

Due to lockdown now imposed by the government on the 23rd March 2020 and in order to ensure our staffs’ welfare and the safety of the general public is treated as a priory, we have decided to temporarily suspend production for the month of April.  We will remain active and open to calls during this time, whilst key staff work from home to keep the wheels turning.

We have been asked by some customers to postpone their confirmed orders until May and beyond.  This is understandable and we have accommodated all customers requests.

As we have many confirmed orders to keep us busy through late Spring and into the Summer months, we would stress that should you be requiring or thinking of ordering in the near future to contact the office as soon as possible. We will answer all telephone calls in the normal way and our office hours remain the same, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.  The concertina effect will mean we have limited production space but will make every effort help all customers where we can.

We are currently unable to see customers at our showroom at Tockwith and ask that all enquiries are made by telephone or email.

We will return on or before the 1st May 2020, subject to no restictions from the government, and as at today, we are pencilling in work for us to start production immediately upon our return.
